4/3/2023 0 Comments Never forget you m4r![]() It takes about two minutes, and I am not exaggerating. ![]() My version of miso is simply some stale bread chopped up into large chunks, with hot miso and some peas (maybe snow peas if there are some in the garden, or kale or whatever) poured over. Fortunately, it’s super light, so even on sunny days it’s fabulous. ![]() So here is my lunch solution to those of you who don’t mind soggy bread or noodles, and want to eat healthy but comforting for the slogging days ahead. It’s that time of year for students – the end of term is rolling around, and you’re either partying to celebrate, or if you’re an unfortunate law student, you’ve already been cramming since last week. Not that I wouldn’t eat it otherwise, but miso soup has become a ritual for me for when I have an essay due (like…erm…now). ![]() When I have no time to cook, I revert to miso soup, the perfect healthy fast food. ![]()
